This trip was EPIC! And not because we waited five years for this trip to actually happen. This trip was initially planned for April 2020 as a friends and family 40th birthday celebration. We had a fully drafted itinerary. Nearly all of our reservations were booked and confirmed. We then had to cancel the entire trip due to the COVID pandemic. My childhood best friend and I were determined to make it happen in 2025.

We were joined by our sisters-in-law.

Great travel companions and a well-crafted itinerary made this an epic trip and a dream come true. Here are some of the highlights from our time in Paris and the Champagne region.

Paris and the Champagne region now have a spot in my all-time favorites. But these are just a few of the highlights. Check out my full recap of how we spent two days in Paris and two days in the Champagne region.
Question: The Champagne region in France was a bucket list trip for me. What’s on your bucket list? What’s the most epic trip on your list?
