My childhood BFFs and I once thought it would be a good idea to rent a RV and drive from Philadelphia to Cancun. That would take approximately 60 hours. It never happened but we still joke about it often. We have since road tripped around the Southwest US which involved a brief stop in Mexico, but that is a story for another day. This story is all about road tripping around the Panorama Route and Kruger National Park with two of the BFFs who once wanted to drive all the way to Cancun from Philadelphia.
After a fun time in Cape Town and Stellenbosch it was now time for the adventurous part of the trip. We flew from Cape Town to Johannesburg where we rented a minivan and set off towards Kruger National Park. Along the way we stopped and enjoyed the views along the Panorama Route.
Here are some of the highlights:
The Three Rondavels.
Looking out of God’s Window towards Mozambique (read on for a picture of the three of us in this spot).
Buying an entire sack of fresh mangoes because why not?!
Always on the look out for animals.
Spotting some animals!
Head on over to my Blyde River Canyon and Kruger National Park pages to see what we did!
Question: How did you safari through Kruger National Park?
